ABOUT ME
Ruthie Wist
She is a Mental Health Professional and has provided services in counseling, coaching, substance abuse, and in the neurology of change for over 25 years.
Ruthie Wist has a master’s degree from Denver Seminary in Counseling Licensure, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
She is a former director of both residential inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment centers.
Ruthie has coached with persons through and in vast areas of spiritual needs, relational concerns and in how and why humans operate in and with their genome. She is also a speaker and educator in how DNA and RNA operate in psychology, the neurochemistry of addiction and trauma, and the spiritual dynamics behind these processes.
Ruthie is dedicated to assisting those encountering complexity, which requires complex understanding.
Ruthie’s bold and innovative approach pushes past traditional counseling into a coaching paradigm that moves a person more thoroughly in healing, and deeper freedom in the heart of the Father.
Ruthie operates in all things made anew in body, brain, heart and genome.

In understanding the heart of the matter in regard to my matter, both my physical being and the challenge itself, I’ve operated into the heart. This is the nature of the matter for any of us.
As the person who has nearly always not been picked, or in many cases, picked over, I’ve reckoned with the heart.
What I did not realize in was that my Genome, or my DNA specifically, was stationed by a lineage to be thwarted.
Many do not know, as I did not, that there are operations in one’s Genome history from often long ago, that cause hurt and hardship for many.
My hurt was activated in never being the person who was truly wanted for just being who I am.
As a tall redhead, my appearance was operated externally by many.
Meanwhile, the inside of my being, my heart, was hurting and in pain.
My Genome was operated.
Being disregarded, and the nature of the matter historically both challenged my being.
I then disengaged with many and stepped back in relationships due to the assumption that I would yet again by let down and set aside.
And, I was.
I co-signed on this operation with my own actions and responses.
I never realized how deeply wounded I was in not being the person who was engaged for simply being who I am.
A failed marriage contributed to the heart song that I was not good enough for anybody.
I have said this over and over again, “I’m not good enough.”
This short narrative has left me without breath, and nearly doubled over in a wreck so many times.
I have navigated in and with the heart of anewal in understanding that Genome operations, old scripting and coding has kept me from stationing and positioning in the heart of love differently.
I operate in anew daily and am flowing differently.
I know that All Things are Made Anew.
